I have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counselling and specialized training in a number of areas including:

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

CBT (evidence-based treatment for anxiety and depression)

ERP (excellent for treating OCD)

I have a culturally informed approach and experience working with neurodiverse folks and the LGBTQ community. I’m a first generation Canadian and am dedicated to supporting our diverse community.

I am highly relational in my approach which means that I value the relationship we develop, strive to build trust and respect that you are the expert in your own life.

About Me

I’m a first generation Canadian, a parent, a partner, and a dog mom. I’m a late bloomer in all the ways, and I’ve pursued my master’s degree in counselling after a long career in addictions and as a youth worker and non-profit coordinator.

I am passionate about showing up for people and providing a safe space where they feel acknowledged. I bring common sense, humour, and life experience to my work as a registered clinical counsellor.

My office is welcoming and private

I strive to ensure client confidentiality by not scheduling client appointments back-to-back so that you’ll have privacy. Currently masks are currently not required but are welcomed. I follow all Provincial Health Orders. My office is near 14th ave and King George Blvd in South Surrey.

I am passionate about showing up for people and providing a safe space where they feel acknowledged. I am a big believer in lifelong learning and keeping current in my practice by reading and attending workshops.
